We would like to extend an invitation to everyone to attend the
Newry Cathedral Parish Corpus Christi Procession on Sunday
7th June. It wil begin at St. Mary’s Church, Chapel Street at
3.00pm and continue along Boat Street, Wiliam Street, Hil
Street, ending at the Cathedral for Benediction and blessing.
We extend a special invitation to al the P4 and P7
children and their parents to attend the procession. We would
request that those children who received the Sacrament of Holy
Communion and Confirmation come along to the procession
wearing their Holy Communion or Confirmation outfits.
If anyone finds walking from St. Mary’s Church to the
Cathedral is too much, you are welcome to come to the
Cathedral and wait for the procession.
