Al parishioners are warmly invited to a special Mass celebrating the 800th Anniversary of St. Francis of Assisi in Newry Cathedral on Friday, 2nd October at 10.30 a.m. celebrated by the Rt. Rev Michael Router, Bishop of Derry.
Pope Leo has designated this anniversary as a Holy Year offering us the opportunity to celebrate Francis’ life and to gain a Plenary Indulgence, under the usual conditions.
