From time to time each one of us has questions about faith, spiritual wellbeing, prayer, doubts, uncertainties, relationship with God. We often ask, ‘Where is God in my pain?’ How can I reach God? How do I pray?’ Spiritual Direction provides a safe space and professional support helping us to deal with these questions and experiences. Within this space we are able to discern what God is inviting us to notice, both in our relationship with Him and ourselves.
