Please print off THE FULL PAGE TICKET (See image – click the link in your ticket confirmation email to download) and drop them into the Parish Office,38-40 Hill Street, Newry BT34 1AT no later than Monday 20thAugust. Opening Hours: 9.00am ‒ 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
We will do our best to ensure that they are given to someone who would like to go. One ticket: one entry! Please make sure that you do not re-print and use the tickets you submitted to the parish office as you or the recipient may not be able to gain admission to the Mass.
Do you need a ticket for the Papal Mass?
N.B. This is not a ticket swapping service. We cannot help you to exchange your ticket(s) for one in a better section(s).
Contact the parish office to add your details to the ticket exchange waiting list. Should tickets become available, we will allocate them on a first-come-first-served basis. If you are allocated tickets, you will have to call into the parish office no later than Friday 24th August during business hours to collect them in person. By adding your name to the ticket exchange waiting list, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
- The conditions of sale of the original ticket issuer apply. (See section below.)
- We do not guarantee that you will receive a ticket.
- The parish is acting in good faith to redistribute spare tickets to those who would like them. The parish is not an official ticket distributer.
- The parish will accept no liability whatsoever for any loss incurred by the recipient of this ticket if the event does not take place in whole or in part
- The parish is not responsible for any admission issues arising at the event.
- The parish is not responsible for your welfare on the day and you must make your own transport arrangements. Public transport information is available here.
- A maximum of two (2) tickets will be allocated to each individual until all available tickets are gone.
- Tickets will be standard entry standing tickets. Disabled access tickets will not be available.
- We cannot guarantee that tickets will be in the same section, but we will make every effort to match sections where matching tickets are available.
- The ticket holder assumes all risk of injury and all responsibility for loss, destruction or theft of property and releases the parish from any liability thereafter.
- Newry Cathedral Parish may withdraw this offer at any time if we are asked to do so by the organisers or their partners.
- First preference may be given to people who live in Newry Parish.

* This ticket is issued on behalf of the organisers of the event and is subject to the following terms and conditions. * The ticket vendors are acting as a retailer of this ticket at the request of the promoters and accept no liability whatsoever for any loss incurred by the purchaser of this ticket if the event does not take place in whole or in part. * We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected. * Admission to the event is by full ticket only. No readmission is allowed, unless by prior arrangement with the organisers. * Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance and admission cannot always be guaranteed. * The ticket holder is responsible for care of the ticket after purchase. The promoters, performers, sponsors, venues, ticket vendors or their agents are not responsible for damage to or loss of the ticket. * The ticket holder consents to participate in any audio or visual recordings of the performance. * The ticket holder assumes all risk of injury and all responsibility for loss, destruction or theft of property and releases promoters, performers, sponsors, venues, ticket vendors and their agents from any liability thereafter. * Ticket holders may be subject to a search, in a manner permissible under the law, before entering the venue. * The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the venue for reasons of public safety, overcrowding or otherwise. * Anyone seeking to gain admission using a counterfeit ticket will be prosecuted. * The organisers reserve the right to make essential changes to the performance programme without prior notice.
