The Society of Christ announced, on Sunday March 30, 2025, the death of Rev. Stanisław HAJKOWSKI SChr, aged 69, Polish pastor in Dublin, vice-provincial and councilor of the Province of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and coordinator of Polish community ministry in Ireland.
Father Stan, as he was affectionately known to the people of Newry, served for a number of years in Newry Parish.
Newry Parish extend their Deepest Sympathy to Fr Stan’s family and to the Polish Community.
