You are aware of the diocese preparing for the Synod in Rome in 2023.
All parishioners have been asked to make their views be made known to the six questions devised for this purpose. Some parishioners have done so already. Could I ask others to avail of this opportunity to do so before the end of February.
Ways to participate
There are a number of ways to let your voice be heard. You may obtain a questionnaire by coming to the parish office. You may find the questionnaire on the Parish Website and by clicking here to visit the synodal pathway website. There is also an online survey set up by the Parish Pastoral Council for ease of access.
Six important questions
Question six asks for your opinion on the future of the church and the Diocese of Dromore. Do we want to be amalgamated with the Archdiocese of Armagh? Do we want a Bishop appointed to maintain our independence? Have your say.

Parishioners have spoken in large numbers to save our carpark adjacent to the Cathedral. A total of 1600 responded to the questionnaire and there were 6,000 written responses. Please repeat this with your responses to the Synod.
